Hello, my name is Wendy Fleckenstein . This is my fifth year teaching at the Vineyard Christian School and I absolutely love it! It is a privilege and an honor to be part of such an amazing school and staff. My educational background is in Biological Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Although my degree is in English, my teaching experience includes all subjects. I began my career in teaching with preschool aged children and transferred to Antelope Valley Union High School District where I worked with high school students in grades 9 through 12. I worked closely with teachers in a team setting and was mostly focused in the area of Special Education. I have worked with students on various academic levels and have experience with students that have learning disabilities. I enjoy working with children and their families to ensure a positive educational experience that will nurture the child both intellectually and spiritually.
The Desert Vineyard Christian Fellowship has been my church home for over 14 years and I have been involved in numerous ministries. I believe that the best method of training children in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6) involves walking out an authentic, sincere relationship with our Lord and demonstrating a genuine love for God in everything.
